Tracy Brown, Founder/Groups Coordinator

Tracy lives in Sellersurg, IN with her husband William, & their two children; Matthew & Abby. Their son, Matthew, was diagnosed with Autism 2003.   When support was unavailable she created it, and the first REACH-In mtg. began Sept. 4, 2008.  


  • 2017 started the REACH-Kids Mthly Playgroup.
  • 2011 Graduate of Spalding Univ. BA, Psy.
  • 2009 attended the Autism Treatment Ctr. of America Son-Rise Program in Sheffield, MA.
  • 2008 REACH-IN was Founded

Gina Krouse, Lead Facilitator

Gina lives in Sellersburg, IN with her husband Eric, & children Noah & Taylor.  Their older daughter, Lauryn, is currently serving in the Navy stationed in Bremerton, WA.  Her son was diagnosed with Asperger's in 2008.  New in their journey, seeking support & understanding from others, Gina, began attending REACH-IN in 2010.  The resources shared proved beneficial to her families needs.  Now the Lead Facilitator, Gina, has found it rewarding to help support other families new to their journey.

Kristal Maggard, Resource Consultant

Kristal lives in Jeffersonville, IN with her husband Keith of 19 years. They have 3 boys: Sabastian is challenged with an Intellectual Disability & Social Disorder; Derek struggles with Autism, PTSD, OCD, SPD & is nonverbal; and Jo Jo is wheelchair bound with Cerebral Palsy, requires a feeding tube, & is nonverbal. With such a diverse level of disabilities, Kristal has become one of the best in finding Resources. It has become a rewarding passion helping families find the best of what they need.

REACH-Kids Childcare Inquiries

Sheri Ray, REACH-Kids Childcare Coordinator

Sheri lives in Jeffersonville, IN with her husband Brian & Cody, 16. Their daughter, Kaylee is 20, & lives on her own. She has been attending Rolling Fields Church 9-years, and a member for six. Sheri & her son Cody, have been with REACH-IN since 2017, providing childcare for parents attending the support group.  She loves helping others. The REACH-Kids look forward to her singing, dancing, rocking & reading stories every week & at the monthly play group.

Ellen Ricks, MT-BC, Dir. of Music Therapy

Ellen is a Board-Certified Music Therapist & graduate of the University of Louisville where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy.  She is a MT at Sweet Behavior & provides Music Therapy for REACH-Kids.


Ellen completed her internship in the Music Therapy Clinic at the University of Louisville. Ellen has experience with a variety of populations, including early childhood, children & adults with autism, genetic disorders, emotional & behavioral disorders, dementia & end of life care.  

During her undergraduate career, Ellen studied abroad in Katowice, Poland. Ellen lives with her husand Jordan & their dog Nona.
